Patch apiv1workspaces webhooks
Update any of url, events or active without recreating the endpoint. URLs use the same HTTPS and SSRF validation as creation; events must be current subscription names. Changing url or events makes the caller the endpoint’s accountable principal, whose read rights then govern protected event delivery; changing only active keeps the existing principal. API keys require webhooks_manage and current manage_webhooks permission. Human sessions require manage_webhooks or manage_credentials.
